this is long overdue. was spose to post this up a while ago but been busy with heaps of visitors in sydney (hint!) and uni most definitely.

anyhows, babes (esp those who are overseas) please keep safe during the night; no where is safe cept home.
last monday, my roommate and i were walking home from blockbuster at 11ish in the night -this route mind you, is one that we have been most familiar with since we came to sydney in july (cos the supermarket is just there and it is just opp uni). brighly lit, with pedestrians still walking about- (this is at broadway for those who know sydney pretty well) when suddenly we were cornered by 3 girls (none older than 16), talking us up.

due to the panic of it all we didn't think to walk into the kebab store which was still open or the convenient store for that matter, all we wanted was to get out of their sight asap. but they were quick to their senses and surrounded us in a 3-way formation that was hard to break out of. we stopped at a traffic junction and suddenly i was pushed down by 2 of 'em while my roommate was being tackled for her belongings. i struggled to keep mine and they gave up midway and started to make a run for it. by the time i got up i couldn't find my roommate and in my state of panic i thought she was being chased after. made phonecalls to friends who lived nearby and the police, who didn't help by coming 45 minutes after the mugging, when she appeared 10 mins later, traumatised and sobbing her eyes out. we gave our statements at the station but due to the lack of evidence and because they are minors, the police aren't able to charge 'em until they get the footage off from the security cameras around the area that we got mugged.

babes, please promise me that you will not take safety for granted. lock your doors shut at night -doublebolt it if possible- and go out in groups with guys preferbally if you're out late at night. even with guys around i have heard stories of getting bashed in and beaten. so do grow eyes behind your back, and i pray that He will keep all of you safe.

heeeeelloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :)

i know i've been missing. hahaha. almost got taken away from the face of the earth becos the internet in my flat as been a pain in the ass.
davinaaa, fantastic new place!! it's sleeek. i love it. so zeny. good taste babe. is it costing you a bomb?? ok, so i haven't been able to get onto the internet cos i've got none. either due to my port in my room back in my flat or my laptop's too old or something. BUT i am getting my new laptop tomorrow!! i'm going city to get it from my mom's friend and i can't wait!! i mean, are you feeling me babes? NEW LAPTOPPP!! YEEEHAAA. aren't we just suckers for new technical equipments, example, a laptop, brand new ipod or a SLR camera. who we kidding, we loveeeeeee these stuff.

*frown* i can't show you'll any pictures firstly, i haven't taken any new ones since i moved in. secondly, i'm not even using my own laptop and thirdly, that would require alot of time. when i do get this pain in the ass internet up in my flat, and when i do have the time, i'll post it up k? basically it's a ditch. i don't entirely like it, but i've got to get used to/adjusted to it nevertheless. i've got one phoneline in my flat for the 6 of us. I'm staying with simon(some of you may know him.), and another 4 malaysians. two other girls and two other guys. i haven't really spent alot of time with them to sit and just get to know each other cos basically whatever free time i've been having, i've been at my friend's, stacey's place. been staying over quite abit cos everyone i know is over here and it's alot more homey.

it is march and im back in sydney.
it was such wildwildwild time with the babes whom i'm met up with in sg (sze your words still ring in my ears from your bbq, how's JOHNSON btw? eeks.)

anyhoos. weather in sydney is fineanddandy. aint too hot with the winds tho the beach has just been screaming i'll prolly head there soon before it gets too cold and i'll freeze my ass of with my bikini on.

anyhoos. i just moved into my new place, think some of you got my mail - i know liling is just screaming to get here. (COME BACK HERE BABES SYDNEY NEEDS YOU:() so thought i'd upload some photos that i took.
